Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of the Ovanth platform (the “Service”), provided by Abdel Khalek Trading Establishment for Tires, a sole establishment registered in Lebanon (commercial registration 3100119), registered at Majdal Anjar, Zahle, Bekaa, Lebanon. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
Payments for the Service are sold and processed by Paddle as merchant of record — see “Fees and billing” below.
1. The Service
Ovanth is an AI platform that learns your business and drafts or sends replies to your customers across channels you connect. While your AI is in supervised mode, replies wait for your approval. You are responsible for reviewing AI output and for the messages sent from your connected accounts.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your workspace, including that of teammates you invite. You must be authorized to connect any account (email, Instagram, website) you link to the Service.
3. Acceptable use
You may not use the Service to send spam or unlawful, deceptive, harassing, or infringing content; to violate the terms of a connected platform (e.g., Meta or Google policies); to attempt to breach security or access another customer’s data; or to build a competing dataset from the Service. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
4. AI output
AI-drafted replies are generated from the information you provide and may contain errors. The Service is a tool, not professional advice. You are responsible for approving and sending replies; supervised mode is provided so you can review before anything is sent.
5. Fees and billing
Paddle is the merchant of record for all purchases. Paddle.com Market Ltd sells the subscription to you, collects payment, and is responsible for charging and remitting VAT and sales tax where it applies. Your contract for the payment is therefore with Paddle, and your card statement and receipt will show Paddle. Your contract for use of the Service is with Abdel Khalek Trading Establishment for Tires under these Terms. Paddle’s terms also apply to the payment.
Current plans:
- Entry — $49 one-time setup fee, which includes your first month, then $39 per month starting on day 31.
- Starter — $99 per month, with no setup fee.
- Growth — $249 per month, with no setup fee.
- Premium — $499 per month, with no setup fee.
Prices are in US dollars and exclude VAT or sales tax, which Paddle adds where required by your location. Plans include a monthly allowance of AI usage; if you exhaust it, AI drafting pauses until the next period or an upgrade, and your data remains available. See our Refund Policy for cancellations and refunds.
6. Free trial
New workspaces get a 7-day free trial. It is offered once per workspace and does not renew. No payment method is required to start it, and no charge is made unless you choose a paid plan. At the end of the trial, AI features pause until you subscribe; your data remains available.
7. Your data
You retain ownership of your business data and customer conversations. You grant us a limited license to process it solely to provide the Service. Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.
8. Third-party services
The Service integrates with third parties (e.g., Meta, Google, Paddle). Your use of those integrations is also subject to their terms, and we are not responsible for their availability or actions.
9. Warranty disclaimer
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI output will be accurate.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ovanth will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
11. Termination
You may cancel at any time from the Billing page, which cancels the subscription held with Paddle. Your plan stays active until the end of the paid period and then does not renew. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; data handling follows the Privacy Policy.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms; material changes will be posted here with a new date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Lebanon, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
